
Chrissy (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a Behavioral Health Provider at East Cliff Family Health Center since October of 2018. Chrissy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Latin American Studies from Boston College in 2009, and earned her Master’s of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work in 2015. Chrissy has been practicing therapy since 2015. She has clinical training and experience in working with a diverse range of individuals across the developmental spectrum, from older adults to teens and young children. Chrissy has training and specialization in maternal/infant mental health, somatic psychotherapy and play therapy. Chrissy’s approach is holistic, relational, and non-judgmental. She draws from multiple therapeutic modalities and theoretical frameworks to guide her clinical work, including: psychodynamic, attachment and intersubjective theory, mindfulness, narrative therapy, feminist theory and critical race theory, as well as behavioral therapies. Chrissy is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a member of the Gold Care Team at East Cliff Family Health Center. When not at work, Chrissy enjoys spending time in nature with her family, getting together with loved ones, cooking, gardening, and hiking.
